"I really want to say that I liked the service I had this time because it was easy getting my car in for suspension repairs, however, customer service went downhill quickly. Was scheduled to pick it up on a Friday, didn't hear anything. Called Monday, spoke with Victoria, no one could give me an update, other than send me to the vm of Leah who was out sick. Called Tuesday, Leah was still out sick, transferred to the service manager, Andy, left a vm. Didn't hear anything, called back, apparently he was out sick as well, was transferred supposedly to Brian, instead it went to Andy's vm. Called back, someone else answered, asked for the least little information regarding my vehicle, she looked at the paperwork and stated it was ready for pick-up. When I arrived for pick-up, I paid my bill, went out to my car, opened my door, and there were black marks all over the interior doors! I went back inside and a gentleman came out and took my car back to clean. When I drove away, I noticed the black on my steering wheel, shifter, seats, and the material column between the windshield and driver door...my car was definitely not detailed, inside or out! It was extremely manhandled! Hopefully this isn't a reflection of how the suspension work was done as well! Makes me very nervous. Unusual for this to happen at this location, have always had a great experience with our other Mercedes vehicles there. Maybe instead of sprucing up the building, they work on customer service."
