"I am so upset with J&N, especially John the owner. I paid $13,000 for my cabinets and was told to select the hardware for them. They provided a website and instructed me on which ones I could select from. I selected 10" pulls and he's saying that they are for appliances only and it's not covered in the allowance he allotted for my project. So they are now asking for an additional $300 to cover the pulls I selected. This is such a tacky up-charge and I have no hardware still because we are in a back and forth dispute for the past two weeks. I won't be using John again unless he fixes this problem, which to me has an easy solution. Deliver on your promise."
