"I had an great experience with this location. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Alaz, advisor, is so informative about AAA memberships, I upgraded my membership because of him. He also is very good about explaining things and straight to the point. The techs Corey and Frank came out to speak to me personally about the condition of my car. You usually don't have the techs come and explain things. I really appreciate them and how they have helped me. This location is my go to."

"The clerk gave me first the wrong information about the day I should go to repair my tire. I went and the technician in charge of that issue doesn't go on Mondays. So, I rescheduled for Wednesday. When I went on Wednesday the clerk ordered a change of oil instead of address the problem with my tire. I did not pay for the oil change as I did not order to do so. The clerk never apologized for any of his mistakes. He was a new employee."
