After another dealership quoted me a steep price for a loose ball joint replacement, Midas double-checked and reassured me that there was no severe issue and no immediate need for replacement. They even performed the inspection for free! Plus, if I did decide to replace the control arm, their quote was much more affordable than the dealership's. It is a surprise how this business still has employees if thats the way he talks to people. I would recommend the higher ups take a close look at his character and decide if he embodies what your company stands for. I would strongly suggest sending him back to training.
