"Went in because my car is overheating. They told me I need a new water pump and hoses. Then quoted me $1500 for this approximately $800 for the parts $709 labor. Water pumps for my car are around $35, coolant is $12 a gallon, thermostat is $19 which they quoted $100. So I asked if I can just get the parts myself and they responded then we have to double the labor. I called the dealership and they quoted $492 with parts and labor and showed me the book, it's 1.5 hours labor for this job. I'm sure many people go here and get taken advantage of because they don't know, be very careful unless you've got money to burn.."
