"I have visited this store often. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Most recently, I brought in my car to have a quick repair made to the undercarriage. They brought it in and in 5 minutes gladly made the repair. It was quick and easy but they took the time at 8 am on a Monday morning to take care of it and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this store based on their willingness to help the customer if time permits!"

"Bought tires online and unfortunately selected this location to put them on. Had an appointment which I arrived early for, was told it would take about 2 hours to change the 4 tires I purchased. 5 plus hours later the car was finally done. They tried to tell me that my sway bars were bad and that they need to be replaced or my tire would go bad. Left and drove down the road. Noticed my TPMS (low tire pressure light was on) checked tires and they were all normal. Called Midas in morning and let them know the issue. Brought car in and they claimed that 2 of my sensors happened to go bad. I let them know it was fine when I dropped it off and that perhaps they broke them during the tire change. They said no way. I said that's odd that 2 of 4 sensors happen to go bad after they changed out the tire. They said yep, they just happened to go bad. Wanted to charge me 200 plus dollars for two new sensors. I was shocked. They refused to take responsibility for what they had done while it was in their possession. Manager was super rude and took no responsibility. This was after they had the car again for 5 plus hours. Customer service is horrible. Manager finally said just leave I don't want your business or your money. I will gladly never return to this place as the manager is rude, they try to sell you things that your car doesn't need and they don't take responsibility for damage that they caused. Update, had to take car to Goodyear where they had to replace all the sensors even the new ones that Midas put on. $369.52 later the car is fixed. Do Not go to Midas for tire service, it will cost you more than you think."

"We were down from Cleveland visiting our son in Liberty Twp just before New Years. On Friday afternoon, one of the brake lines ruptured on our SUV. My son called Midas and spoke with Ben explaining we were from out of town and needed the repair done to head back home Saturday afternoon. He told us to bring it in and he’ll get the repair done. He had it done by noon the next day even in spite of the wrong part being sent initially. I was kept informed throughout the entire process of the repair even when the wrong line was delivered. Totally top notch service and amazing experience. Ben went the extra mile to take care of us and to get us on the road. Their overall rating is well earned. Great place to do business with. And yes, we returned home safely and on time!"

"Just an example that there are still good people in the world. I came in to see pricing for a tire because I caught a flat when out with my youngest daughter. They were not in my budget but the manager was kind enough to not only provide my daughter with a snack and water, he recommended used tire places but also had the guys put my spare on for me so me and my little one could get there safely. When you have service like that of course I’ll recommend! Thank you for helping me and being a kind person. We will forever be grateful. And will always recommend you for service in the future!"
