"What happened to the good Ol' days when Service Departments actually had parts to fix their brand of car? Nothing too extravagant just brakes??? No, you first have to have the car diagnosed, then they will order the parts they need. I can go down the street to pick up the items you would hope the dealership would have on hand for THEIR cars, NOPE!!! Why are we also in a throw away nation? We used to service parts and not just throw them in the landfill, not anymore. Also, when you call someone don't deflect or blame someone else for an issue you have encountered. The car has been to your service garage multiple times for the issue you have finally discovered and then say well this is the problem now when more than likely it was that exact issue all along, but you never did your job properly in the first place to discover it. I am over this place and will never purchase or give them a penny of my hard-earned money again. Nickel and diming is the name of the game folks. Unless your vehicle is under warranty I would advise against going here for anything."
