Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

"I went to Strickland Brothers today for an oil change. I was greeted in the driveway with a bottle of water and an employee explained there was a car ahead of me, it would be about 10 minutes. While I waited in the bay an employee checked my tire pressure and filled my tires. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service and quality of work performed. My oil was changed along with the oil filter and fluids filled. The employees were incredibly nice and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend Strickland Brothers!"

"This was my first visit and I have to say these people go above and beyond expectation. I was greeted warmly with a brief explanation of services and free bottle of water. They didn't just change my oil, they inspected the vehicle, topped off all fluids, checked and filled tire pressure, alerted me to a few mechanical issues and recommended a local mechanic. At no time was I pressured or upsold into purchasing "extras". When it came time to pay the bill I was rewarded with 25% off the total cost. They won my business and I'd recommend them over other chain owned lube stations."

"The guys at the Fairfield location were super friendly and so helpful. As it turned out the drain plug on my car was stripped. They finally got it off but they didn't have my part in stock. The manager went in his own car, picked up one from the local Auto parts store,and installed it without charging me. In fact they gave me a discount because I had to wait. Don't see that kind of service much these days. Thank you guys."

Turned out later it was but the owner genuinely cared and followed up about the issue Went back for another oil change because I enjoyed my first visit. But after change, there has been a clicking sound that I cannot get rid of"
