"Our daughter's car broke down halfway between Cincinnati and Columbus. Our roadside assistance company was no help as we couldn't get them to answer the phone, even after trying to submit a ticket online, they would not respond (they eventually did 2 hours later). We call All Seasons and they picked up immediately. They were polite and very friendly in helping us get assistance to our daughter as fast as possible and continued to call us with updates on the car as it made its way back to our hometown mechanic.
