In my opinion, Loves Mechanic Shop would greatly benefit from additional staff to alleviate these issues. One aspect of Loves Mechanic Shop that stands out is the expertise of their mechanics. They possess a wide range of technical knowledge and showcase impressive problem-solving abilities. Whenever I got the chance to speak with them, their explanations were detailed and understandable. However, the primary concern lies in the extensive waiting times. On multiple occasions, I found myself waiting for a minimum of 4 to 5 hours before any progress was made on my vehicle. It was frustrating to see numerous drivers, who arrived after me, receive attention before I did. This extended waiting period not only inconveniences customers but also creates a stressful environment. By addressing the time management and staffing issues, Loves Mechanic Shop could significantly enhance the overall experience. With more mechanics available to handle the workload, the waiting times could be reduced, allowing for a more efficient service. Additionally, implementing a systematic approach to customer queuing could do wonders in improving the overall customer satisfaction. While it is commendable that Loves Mechanic Shop is often busy, it is crucial to acknowledge that customer satisfaction is paramount in any service-based industry. While waiting times may be inevitable to a certain extent, customers deserve a reasonable wait time when seeking assistance for their vehicles. "I go there to get one tire changed he sends a note to my job wanting to change 3 tires. What a dumb azz . Just go somewhere else don't waste your time with these knuckleheads."

"Terrible experience at their shop. Went in for oil change gave them my information, I was told it would be about two hours wait. 5 hours later they gave the excuse that a tire truck showed up and was using the oil change bay to offload. I went to find out how much longer there were no trucks in bay, but was told I would get a call when they were ready for me. Needless to say it was still another two hours before they got to my truck. The shop personnel do not care at all the status of truck drivers needing to be moving."
