"I had dropped my wedding dress off after two years of it hanging in my closet. The bottom was totally black and to my surprise there was a large stain down the back of the dress, which looked like a spilled drink. I’d really had low hopes for the turnout and figured I would take it in to get cleaned and deal with whatever the outcome. First Choice went above and beyond, they told me they would call once cleaned and before boxing the dress up to make sure it was cleaned to my liking. They called back within a week, I honestly think it was less than 5 days. The dress was immaculate! You could not even see a trace of a stain present on the dress. They boxed up the dress and I was on my way. They were exceptional! I cannot even begin to recommend them enough for any and all dry cleaning needs! Just amazing! Not to mention the customer service was second to none and pricing always affordable. As long as I live in the Akron area, I will never go elsewhere."

"Dropped my wedding dress off to have some length alterations and steam to get the wrinkles out on August 12th. They were very polite. I was lucky because the owner was leaving for the day and didnt have much time but still helped me with figuring out how much needed hemmed. She was in a hurry but thats what I get for walking in on a saturday. It only took them a week and a half to get my dress back to me. It is PERFECT. No more wrinkles and the hem is perfect. You could never tell it had it done. Definitely recommend your buisness with them. You can tell they pride themselves with what they do."

I had a small spot on one of my suit jackets, but forgot to mention it at drop-off, but it was still gone after being cleaned. It was a fast turnaround and it was ready at the time I was told it would be finished. Prices were very fair unlike the last place I went to. For two 2pc suits and 3 shirts it was $37.90 including tax. 2pc Suit - $12.00/suit Button-down Long Sleeve - $3/ea The staff were so friendly, they alone make me want to keep coming back, the fair prices help too! For example, I accidentally sliced a pair of slacks with a box knife and they repaired it; you can hardly even tell it happened. I usually drop my stuff on Monday and get everything back on Wednesday or Thursday. They are always friendly."
