"I stopped in to get supplies for my brother to change my oil. I was very specific as to what kind of vehicle I have and what I needed. (Usually I always get handed the wrong filter even after confirming with them to make sure it's right.) I was very specific and told them the kind of oil my vehicle had to have because of the year and engine type. As usual I get to my brother's and this time they gave me the right filter and wrong kind of oil. When we went back to exchange it they exchanged it at no extra cost. Super friendly."
