"Most unprofessional and DISHONEST BUSINESS in the area. I was forced to pay for a service I did not get, additionally they pulled the hem out of my gown. I dropped off 5 suits, 1 blouse and a gown to be dry cleaned. I pointed out the dirt marks around the button of the gown to the lady working the counter. She promised to mark the area that needed attention. The gown came back in the same fashion additionally, the hem thread was out. The manager Angela was rude, despicable, and dishonest person, charging me for work that was not done. The elderly black woman, who worked the counter knew the gown was not cleaned and zero effort was made, however she had to defer to Angel. THEY NEED TO GO OUT IF BUSINESS. DESPICABLE TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS. I came home, washed the hem of the gown, and immediately the dirt came out. NO EFFORT WAS MADE PROVIDE THE SERVICE THE ADVERTISE & PROMISE. I am so disgusted. I paid to do the work I did and not I have to replace the thread in the hem. UNACCEPTABLE! One should not be paid for work that is not done."

"Useless location. My clothes had very little insulation on them because we had ceiling issues at home, they refused to wash my clothes telling me to go to a laundry mat. Asking me if I could wash them at home. Though I have a washer and dryer, the whole point was to pay someone else to clean them. I was even willing to pay upfront and they would not even try."

"Friendly staff. Facility was very clean.. Reason not 5 stars is they will not press shirts with rolled sleeves. They say they can only press them flat. Had to use a different cleaner to press shirts with naturally rolled sleeves."

"One dark summer day in Ohio, I opened my door to leave for work and there was a down pour that would have taken me hours to dry. Instead, I grabbed my business coat and fedora and left for work. My coat was so wet that it was still twice as heavy when I got home after the shift. I hung it up on a hanger so that it could dry. Then about a week ago I went to get the coat and to my horror, found it to be covered inside out with white mold. I was sincerely saddened but decided to take it to Capital Dry cleaners. I wasnt sure they would take it and the lady was disgusted to see it. She made no promise that it could be saved and I was like well... Maybe it can maybe it can't. I went Monday to pick it up and it looks bran new. I was expecting to pay some cash maybe $50 it was so bad. Nope I was charged $15 and some change. I gladly gave the gal a $20 tip. Thank you for saving my $400 coat."

"This is my go-to dry cleaner in the neighborhood. Staff are always helpful and friendly. More than once were able to get something cleaned relatively quickly and always do their best when I have a dry-cleaning emergency. Online coupons are a nice plus!"
