"I got 8 new drive tires in Tire Mart from the other location in Maryland. I come here for retorque for the wheels with my invoice number and all. They were going to do it, but this Russell guy who claimed to be a manager interfered and wanted to charge $72 to just retorque the lug nuts on 4 wheels. That’s complete nonsense, who pays $72 for a 5 minute job. I went to Love’s truck stop after that and they sent their guy who came to the parking spot in the lot and got all the nuts retorqued for free. This Russell guy thinks you must be dumb if you are a foreigner, so racist. Do yourself a favor and go to Loves instead of this ripoff and racist manager."
