"They did a terrible cleaning job on two of my feather down comforters. They didn't even smell clean at home. I questioned if they even washed them. I was told during my last drop off that they clean down comforters in a regular washing machine. Yet they charge you $70+ dollars. Knowing that,I ended up taking it to a local laundromat (after they cleaned it) and washing it myself in a jumbo washer. For less than $5 dollars. So why are they charging dry cleaning prices to machine wash a comforter? Bad customer service."

"Workers were very rude. I came to drop off 6 items to have dry cleaned for tomorrow evening for my company and they said it would take 2 days. If it was explained why it couldn’t be done in that time I would’ve understood & if it was said in a polite way. Instead she was just slamming my bag & throwing the clothes in the bin, eye rolling with an attitude. My coworker dropped 5 items off last week & it was done in a day. They didn’t tell my coworkers last week that they could no longer do our dry cleaning in 1 day which could’ve avoided today. My coworkers didn’t report them having an issue with them but soon as I bring 1 more extra item, I receive horrible customer service, attitude, & not able to get my items dry cleaned when needed. If you’re having a bad day or overwhelmed it shouldn’t be taken out on customers paying for your service."

"Clothes appear clean but disappointed that there are still pilling around the collar. Was hoping those would be removed. Also, some weird bar code was placed on the label of one of my favorite shirts. It wouldn’t come off. I finally managed to peal it away, assuming the put something on my clothes that wouldn’t at all alter them… and it did. Big time. It left some kind of burn mark where the sticker was (see photo). Sigh. For the price I paid I won’t be going back. So overpriced. Also, I asked for the clothes to be folded, and instead they were put on hangers. Now I have a bunch of hangers I don’t want and I’m unsure if I paid for them or not."

"I wanted to comment on the service I receive at D.O. Summers Cleaners, Carnegie location. I have been taking my clothes there for several years and I am always satisfied with their service. Janice is always helpful and kind. She is the kind of employee you want out front representing your company. I highly recommend their service."
