"Had a sunroom floor which included a step into the house installed by them in March. A few days later a strip of the step edging came loose and eventually fell off. Repeated requests for repair have gone unanswered although they indicated it would be taken care of at each contact. Job was completed and paid for about March 30, as of today June 27th, no repair in sight."

"I usually don't put negative things online but I just want to give everyone heads up just in case. I had them put carpet through my entire rental house which was empty except for two used bikes. I gave them access to the house with a key lock which they were the only ones with the code. The next day when I checked the carpet I found that the two bikes were missing. I reported it to the lady at the company and she denied them taking my bikes even though they were the only ones with the code. Just feel everyone should know this in case you come up missing something in your house. They will not take responsibility."
