"To Whom It May Concern: Yesterday I called Matt and brought in the Italian AR water pump from my Troybilt 020201 pressure washer. I'd maintained the pressure washer well for almost 15 years but the water pump inlet plug was steel and snapped off from rust/corrosion, and the rest of the plug was frozen tight in the water pump body threads. I pride myself on properly maintaining the equipment in my home but I just could not budge the plug, trying everything from MAPP gas and PB Blaster to left hand drills and screw extractors. Swallowing my pride, I called your firm and spoke to Matt, who just said "bring it in". I brought in the water pump and Matt took care of me immediately, and within 7 minutes (I timed him) he had removed the inlet plug that had caused me a week's worth of pain and frustration. I bought a set of replacement inlet/outlet plugs and a MAGNIFICENT rotary spray tip and was out the door within 20 minutes. I reinstalled the pump and it works great once again. It is very rare these days that one finds a great company with conscientious people. I was very pleased with Matt's attention and service and will be referring all my friends and colleagues to CROWN from now on."
