"Took my Monte Carlo there for power steering leak, was told it needed high pressure power steering hose $450.00 took car home with new hose. Noticed puddle on driveway next day, called them the next day about the leak, they said bring the car back. They called said car was fixed, lines to the rack and pinion were loose, (one of those lines was the pressure line that they had previously replaced) $68.00 more... Next day power steering leak on my driveway, took the car back now they say the brand new rack from last summer has a factory line leaking on it... $208.00 for cleaning it up to find the leak and they put a quart of oil in it... he did mark the $208 down to $146... I didn't ask the price to replace the rack because they will not get any of my or my families vehicles back. If you fix a leak go make sure it isn't leaking in your parking lot before you call the customer... Almost $700 later with the same problem it went in the shop with..."
