"Staff didn’t even wash my truck very good. Ziebart said that is not part of the yearly maintenance program. I guess this was how far they could reach from standing on the ground. If they can't wash the vehicle well, how good of a job are they doing underneath? Ziebart said quality should have been better but didn't even offer to wash the truck. Poor customer service."
