"Very disappointed in their service. They did our taxes for the last 2 yrs. 2018 we were supposedly getting $860 back from the state & when we didn't, my husband called them. Their response was they would look into it & get back with us. My husband continued to call & also went into their office for 8 months. Never did they ever calk us back. After all this time, he called their regional office & they solved it immediately. We owed the state $12. Thank you Maineville OH H&R Block for figuring this out. We will definitely not go back to the Lynchburg office."
