"Made an appointment for oil change. Let them know I had a 2013 VW Passat Diesel and asked for pricing. Showed up for appointment. Gentleman went out and took down the mileage for my car. Came back in and told me they don't have the oil needed in stock. I mentioned it would have been nice if someone told me that when I made the appointment on the phone. The gentleman said they aren't allowed to give out that information on the phone and they have to actually see the car before they can disclose that information. Very strange policy."

"Had issues with the same part that broke that led me to come in back last year in June. Since then, the cars been back in for a total of 4 times. The same part having issues every time. By the end of my time using the company, I didn’t trust the word or the work of the individuals which is a tricky place to be in when choosing a company. I went to get a second opinion on the work done on my vehicle from another mechanic. They marked the broken piece with a marker to insure Tire choice actually replace it. I’m in a trade myself, I love supporting local workers. I want to pay above and beyond for good work! But sadly it got to the point I didn’t trust work was even being done… Definitely wouldn’t recommend using this chain of companies to my family and friends or clients."

"I went into the store for a wheel alignment I was informed I need an oil change I said go ahead and do it come to find out they didn't give me no sticker to tell me when to come back also they didn't reset my car also they put conventional oil in a car that only takes full synthetic oil now I have a oil leak on the passenger if I was you stay away from the store especially if you are a women cuz there is no reason to put conventional oil in a car that takes full synthetic oil that's flex fuel car it say it on the oil cap also I called corporate. I began talking explaining my situation. The woman hung up on my face. I called back. It was only one caller for waiting time and they just let me wait until it hung up on me. This is how Monroe does business. I am so done with tire choice formerly known as Monroe. Stay away from here. Do not do business. They are shady"

"Jason and the crew are the most trustworthy folks I have experienced from bigger name shops in town. I schedule an oil change, I only pay for an oil change (plus the standard tire rotation and vehicle inspection added on at no extra charge) unlike the other guys in town where every time a scheduled a regular maintenance service, I would miraculously get a call saying "oh well we found blah blah blah" and I end up spending way more than what an oil change costs and I have really no choice but to trust them since I have the most basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics."

"Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After an inspection on my car by the staff it was determined that my battery was also I need to replacement so I opted to get it all done at the same time. I was told about an hour into my service that I needed my battery changed and that was the last I was talked to. Was at the shop for 3 hours and no one talked to give me any updates until I went and asked what was going on since it should be a simple service. I was then told that my car had some error codes that needed to be cleared after the battery change but then when I received my car back my key fob didn’t work at all and nothing was working in my car unless I held my key next to my push button start. I couldn’t even lock my car with out it being turned on. I was told my battery in my key fob was dead but my vehicle gives a warning when the battery is low and it wasn’t giving me that warning. So I knew this wasn’t the issue but that’s all the staff claimed it was. I changed the battery myself and it still didn’t fix the issue. After doing the research myself one of my fuses had blown and once I changed it out all my features worked again. I thought that’s where the problems stopped but I was wrong. I had my car worked on Saturday and now on Monday I was driving to work and I noticed a sound of dragging on the highway. I got to work and inspected my vehicle and noticed that my undercarriage engine protector shield wasn’t reinstalled properly and is now severely damaged and I will now have to spend extra money to get this fixed. I will never take my car back to this service. I left the store with more problems than when I arrived and now I have to put more money into my car that I shouldn’t have to. Very unsatisfied with my experience and very upset that now I have more problems to fix."
