"I was happy with my previous experience but recently I'm not. I called the office because I have been getting charged a fee of $6 every two weeks even though I paid off my furniture, the girl answered the phone and when I tried to explain to her, she made a huff sound and hung up on me. I proceeded to called back but the phone rang once and went silent. I did this three more times. I'm just going to go else where to get my washer and dryer. Thanks RAC."
