"They will refuse to allow customers to put air in their tires and won’t have an employee do it for them because of weather. never heard of a shop not offering air because it’s cold that’s usually when people need air more"

"Changed my review because I had to take my truck back five times because check engine light kept coming on and they said they couldn’t get a thermostat that worked for it. They even charged me over a hundred dollars to look at it a second time for the same work they performed a month prior. Acted like I was a new customer and they didn’t know who I was. Said the thermostat was on National back order, when I checked every parts store has em in stock. I’ll just do it myself and find a new mechanic."

"Earlier in the year my wife left me it was a hard time in my life everything seemed dismal and glum, I had no motivation to do much of anything and fell into a Great Depression. She took her car witch I always worked on to you guys. As the year went on it only got worse until finally we talked and worked it out. At the time I thought it was the worst thing that’s ever happened to me but now that we are working things out it’s getting better but every now and then I run into things that happened when I wasn’t around. Under the car tonight was no different as I looked to change the oil I noticed that the oil plug was impacted on I said “no big deal even though who ever did this stripped it oh well.” As the car drained its essential motor blood I went to the oil filter and realized that not only was I not getting it off but no man was getting this off with out a sacrifice of a goat and your first born child. The Incredible Hulk friction welded it in. I finally got it off but what was a 20 minute job turned into 2 and half hours. As I sit on my garage floor I think to my self that this… this is the worst thing that’s not only happened to me but to humanity. Thanks for at least putting oil into it you guys did that pretty good. That filter was tighter than my relationship with my first hunting dog"
