"After fighting with Best Buy to deliver a dishwasher we'd bought over a month ago, and then walking into Lowe's and being told we would have to wait a week after we ordered for any dishwasher to be delivered to the store, it was such a relief to walk into Big Sandy's and be treated SO WELL. Everyone we interacted with was so professional, friendly, attentive...just wow. Can't believe we've never been to this place before. Stephen helped us find an even better dishwasher than the one Best Buy had been *not* delivering for a month, and in only a few days Gabriel and Don had it delivered and installed. Can't believe we've never been to this place before. While we were there buying our dishwasher, we also fell in love with a reclining loveseat which Steve (a different Steve) helped us buy and have delivered the same day. They offered my husband a military discount and thanked him for his service. On delivery day, we had frequent email updates and even had a link to a tracker so we could see how close the delivery truck was to our house. I cannot tell you how night and day this experience was from every interaction we had with Best Buy. Forget Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Menard's: we will absolutely be going back HERE for any appliance or furniture purchase in the future."
