"Phyllis was supposed to help my son file today. After some confusion on which city he lived in during certain months of the year, she insinuated that my son was trying to get out of paying Oxford city tax. She was rude several times. Not just by the words she used, but also by the tone of her voice. She insulted my son and I by asking, “which one of you are lying ?” We was shocked. My family and I filed through H&R Block yearly. None of us will EVER use them again."

"My appointment was for 5pm. I arrived a few minutes early. At 20min after 5 I asked it the preparer was double booked and if there was another preparer who could assist? I was told my preparer was almost done, the woman working reception heard the documents printing off. At 530 I asked again how much longer would it be? I was told 5pm. They client she is with is running into my time. Maybe they need to come back to finish up?! But the 5 o-clock slot was given to me. They are running into MY TIME. I'm not trying to be difficult. But I raced home to get the documents to get here on time. I could have ate. We could have scheduled a different time. It's now 5:52 and I'm being told by my preparer she doesn't know when she's going to be done with the client before me that is in my time slot. I get it, it's tax season. I know things can take time. I just don't appreciate being told a time and not honoring it! I wasted a hour sitting here for a service I PAY A PRETTY PENNY FOR! Taxes aren't difficult. I could do them myself! I'm doing the preparer a favor! I don't need a advance. So I could easily do them myself."
