"Honestly I think your guys’ lack of responsibility for faulty equipment is ridiculous. I have a not even 3 year old $2600 oven and not only has it stopped working but there is absolutely no mechanic that will even touch it. That in and of itself is in my opinion evidence that you are selling the consumer ovens that are just not meant to last. Because if in fact they were meant to last wouldn’t you want to fix a persons oven that has stopped heating for no reason? I cannot believe that you stand by the fact that it’s “outside of the 1 year warranty” and the best you can do is to “send the equipment needed to fix the machine” based off of images. You don’t even take the time to have a person in your warehouse come and look at the oven before just washing your hands clean of the customer. If I could give 0 stars I would and I advise anyone thinking the zline might be a great investment to reconsider. Buy something from someone that stands by their ovens and takes pride in them."
"My oven has broken repeatedly since purchase. I contacted the BBB and zline offered a replacement. Then they totally ghosted me. Faulty products and poor customer service. zline are you going to follow through with your offer?"
"The appliance looks nice but good luck getting a hold of customer service. I've tried for 3 days to reach someone. The first day the call stopped after 10 minutes and stated to email them. The last 2 days I have been on hold for a hour with no answer. I did the call back option. Of course, they call back right as I was starting a meeting and couldn't answer. Today, they called back but as soon as I answered the phone they hung up. They still have not responded to the email although they say they would respond within 1 business day. I'm on the 2nd business day. I've already talked to my contractor about getting their appliance but according to the representative at the store, they do not recommend Zline products due the poor warranty coverage and the length of time to get replacement parts can be months. I'm glad I found this out before purchasing. So, I'd say for you other buyers...BEWARE."
"Is Zline as a company having issues? They either don’t want to or can’t afford to provide proper service to their customers. We just did a huge renovation to our Miami condo and upgraded our oven and dishwasher to Zline. It’s been the worst experience. First, the door cover to our dishwasher went MIA en route. We had to practically beg to get a replacement. We couldn’t believe it. Now it’s the oven. We replaced our working oven with a Zline one that doesn’t work. When I broil something, the oven completely stops working and we can only use the cooktop. It worked for about two weeks and went out on us again. We didn’t have an oven for the 4th of July and we still don’t. They move at a snails pace. They won’t overnight parts. They just send us emails that don’t cook our food. We purchased a bunch of items from the Fresh Market before the oven malfunctioned again. You know how much groceries are these days. We froze what we could and lost the rest. Since moving back on May 5th, we have only had a working oven for three weeks max. It’s ridiculous. Zline will only entertain getting us a replacement after they repair it a second time. It’s approaching two weeks since we requested the repair. Thank goodness my husband listened to me and we didn’t order a refrigerator from them. Not having a working oven sure doesn’t feel like luxury. I wish I had my old oven that worked. Zline apparently doesn’t have the option to file insurance claims. If your parts get lost in the mail or your appliance doesn’t work, good luck!"
"Recently had a ZLINE hood installed during our kitchen remodel. The whole process working with their customer service was amazing and couldn't be happier. I just wrote to the website to ask about a filter and called me in less than 5 minutes. Special thanks to Katie at the call center, she was incredibly helpful and I also think she was the same woman I spoke with when deciding which unit to purchase. Thanks Katie, you deserve a raise!"
