"Did not receive the vehicle that I was told to request while speaking with the representative . I was celebrating my birthday and ordered this limo with the anticipation of it being what I’m used to . No door service . No knowledge of how to work the controls . Dirty windows , trash receptacle had trash in it along with the rear window . Our driver , a nice gentleman indeed but not capable of the job details that are required for the amount of money invested in the trip . He drives like a race car driver , ignoring speed bumps , speed limits and pulling in front of traffic . He really should not be driving . He’s just not safe . We sent him away with $100 out of respect for his time and him as a human to treat him fairly . He is dangerous and can not maintain a satisfactory job with his vehicle . This was a failure entirely . My guests were forced to drive home when the initial plan was to drink and no one drive . We opted to get our guests home safely on our own . I had a safe plan . I did not feel safe ."
