"The service performed by George and NH was 5+ star. It’s a messy job and they cleaned everything up well and the gutter cleaning was excellent. The phone team quoting the work is the reason for the 4 star. The call quoting people default to the cheapest approach and ask to get it scheduled. I had to keep asking what does this include, then what other options are there before we had a mutual understanding and matched expectations. There are a few a la carte services that I thought would be part of a typical cleaning. Overall my experience was pretty good and George and NH did a fantastic job"

"I have been using Cincy Gutter Boys since I purchased my home in 2016. Everything is so seamless with them. Each year around spring, I get an email reminding me that it's that time and to get my gutters on the schedule. It's easy to find a slot that works for me and to choose what type of cleaning I want. Same message comes around fall. If I forget to schedule, I'll get a reminder email not to miss my cleaning! Once they're on their way out, they text to you to let you know who is coming and a number to contact, should you have any concerns for them to address. They're always prompt and I've been genuinely happy with their services. Once they're finished, you get a text/email letting you know everything is completed and a link to make your payment. It's a smooth process from beginning to end. They are also priced competitively and fairly. In fact, I once missed getting my gutter cleaning scheduled with them so they were booked out. I called another company and it was more than double that of what Cincy Gutter Boys charged. As dramatic as it sounds, my jaw dropped and nearly came clean off. It was insane. Never made that mistake again. At this point, I'm a customer for life. I couldn't imagine using another company when I know the quality of service I'm getting for a pretty reasonable price. I would, hands down, recommend them to anyone. You're getting the most value with a company that is professional and treats the customer well."
