"I was in a bind. Water heater was arcing and almost completely gone. It was Easter weekend. I called 6 other numbers. No answer for 4 of them and the other 2 could only "guesstimate" a price and a time for the future. That wasn't going to work. Hot water was needed for medical reasons. I called up Mr. Witter and he said he could be out in 45 minutes to an hour. He got here in 55 minutes. He was able to give me a quote for the job. Go pick up the water tank and install it within a very reasonable time. Take the old one off our hands. As well as give us his undivided attention until the job was done. It was an emergency more than Mr. Witter even knew. Thank you, sir. It means more than you know. 5 stars! Recommended!"
