"Well I’m a new customer and so far they have been as bad as every other finance company. I was setting up my online account today to make a payment. There is a 10 dollar fee for using your credit card. When did it become my responsibility to pay for the software you use to accept payments. I called and asked who the ten dollars went to. The csr explains the ten dollars goes to the bank. What bank I ask? The bank she says. What bank I ask. The bank on your state. I have no idea who I’m paying the ten dollar fee. Dear companies I’m tired of yiur fees. I will be using money order and snail mail from now on. Ef you and your mysterious fees."

They fail the requirements of making rational decisions due to denying me a car loan because of debt, not the fact that I am making solid payments for my debt and have twice the monthly cost of the new car AND insurance left over from distributing my weekly earnings into my monthly payments, food, clothes, gas, and spending money for travel. Buying a new engine is cheaper in price and time than going through this company."

"Purchased a vehicle through a Mitsubishi dealership back on July 8,2022, had the vehicle for about 3-4 weeks unknowingly without being financed through a bank, they claim income verification held up my loan but I had already purchased the car 3-4 weeks prior with the income needed, I was approved to turn around a month later for them to tell me they can’t finance the vehicle because of my employment changes. I actually believed that once you signed off and approved to leave the dealership with the vehicle that the deal is done. Apparently not with this janky bank service. If I could rate 0 stars I would"
