"I got my taxes done today and I can tell you that I enjoyed Holly she's always smiling she's friendly she's knowledgeable and she can tell you what's going to happen like she told me that my taxes was going up the following Year . I wasn't paying city taxes for 5 years and I didn't know until she told me that I had to pay them it's because I moved from a city that didn't require us to pay city taxes I actually for got about paying but now I am all caught up and I am aware or it every year however I did get penalized for those 5 years that it wasn't paid trust me that is no fun. Holly does a great job of doing your taxes and keeping on top of everything and she tells you even without asking information that you need to know like that your age if you're a senior and she might actually ask certain question about your retirement or you know 401k or whatever it is you're trying to do she's always there asking you helpful questions . She's been doing my taxes for the last three to four years I really appreciate her and all that she do for me."
