"I have been a factory trained and certified dealership technician. I was contacted by a college student because they were quoted over $11,000 for OEM and $7,000 for aftermarket parts. Parts came in under $2,000 and it took less than 7 hours including the alignment. At $2,000 in parts, that comes to over $700/hr in labor. They are either behind on their bills, being greedy, or trying to bend a college student over their workbench...I recommend not giving this crooked shop your business. On a side note, the owner happily helped us load the car halfway...then said good luck and left. Just stay away from this place. They will reply "Sorry you had a bad experience, what can we do to make it right?" Close shop and quit trying to rob people."

"I appreciated the good communication I received from the front desk (thank you Dave!) and the thorough going over my vehicle was given. I was also very happy to have information on future repairs that are needed and to not feel pushed to make those repairs immediately. I would recommend to my family and friends that this is a solid place to get your vehicle maintenence done. Update (01/2024): We had some issues with a other vehicle, took it in to Solomon's Garage, and once again received top-notch communication, zero pressure, and Katie worked with us to establish a plan based on urgency of repairs so that we could figure out the best timing for current and future repairs and maintenance for our vehicle. Still highly recommend."

"I sent my car in here to have a leaking engine coolant issue fixed. They said they could fix it and when I got it back two weeks later, it was still leaking just as bad as before. I told them about this and they agreed to look at it again and “fix” it again. After getting it back a week later a second time and paying thousands of dollars for it, it is still leaking!! I would advise anyone looking for a competent mechanic to keep looking elsewhere because they do not have any of them here. Save yourself the hassle and the money and take it elsewhere to a professional."

"Wish I could give more stars. Solomon’s is unbeatable in terms of competence. They’ll fix any problem you have. But they’re also people of integrity who are honest to a fault. They gave me advice on a truck I had bought that was counter to their financial interest. Basically advising me NOT to do a repair with them because it would turn into a money hole. They could have milked my wallet for months to come. But they did the honest thing; above and beyond the call of duty. Easily the best car garage in Champaign/Logan County area. They have my business forever and you’d do smart to give them yours."

"Wonderful. So happy with our services and repairs. We are not from Ohio and are just staying in the area on vacation. But some unexpected car issues led us to having to call repair shops in the area. After being turned down because no availability at closer garages, Solomon's was a light at the end of a concerning tunnel. They were so nice and although we had no appointment and explaining that we live 8.5 hours away and were leaving the next day, they were able to fit us in. While our car was getting looked at they let us know some great places in town to visit to pass the time. An unfortunate day turned into a wonderful experience.
