"The young tow guy told me to “stand there and look pretty” Who says that to their customers? He said it a few times before it struck a nerve. I was simply explaining to him the situation with the vehicle… He then preceded to tell me he’s been towing cars and working on semis for 9 years. If that’s the case... Then he should have no problem loading a vehicle right? Wrong….He didn’t know where to put hooks for the winch. The vehicles been loaded multiple times on the same style flatbeds. So my advice is to make sure they don’t send the young guy who wears the SNAP ON hoodie and has ZERO customer service skills. He obviously lied on his resume."
