Dave Sando is a hack mechanic, an unreliable human, and a dishonest individual. If you dare to drop off a vehicle off, good luck getting Dave to call you back. He's too busy to talk to you about your car. There is a strong chance he will not be able to diagnose the problem with your car. If you challenge or question him he gets short with you and visibly hot under his collar. As someone who has been down this road with this man, I advise you steer clear."
