"Stopped in recently (July) several times looking at mattresses in particular. It's a huge decision to make the best choice comfort and price wise. I had asked for couple more prices five days ago, never got them. Unfortunately I went with another company. Update: 10/23/23. I really struggled with doing this update. Because of the above, UNtouched review that I did back in July, because of never getting a call back on prices, I STILL was trying to see if this store could work as far as buying a mattress. I had NO idea what I was walking into last week, when Rob approached me! He "called me out" on the above review, kept saying things like, "I just don't know if we can make you happy", "why didn't you just buy a mattress where you got your couch" (that place got a great review, because they deserved it!). He went on & on for a bit, while I tried to deter him. I could not believe how he treated me, I left it go, he knew he was getting me upset to where I was telling him why I did the review. Instead of realizing I'm honest, I found myself defending myself over & over. I tried to walk out, he said something to where I was still trying to make this work....but in the end, I took the "high road", shook his hand after looking at their mattresses again & left. By the end of the evening, knew I was NOT only NOT shopping there again, I did what he said, I bought a mattress elsewhere! I've worked customer service a few times in my life, this was unacceptable. Here's a lesson: AFTER he "guessed" the review was mine, what he should've done, was think to himself, now how can I make a right out of a wrong and get her to want to do business here! Not "attack" me the minute I walked in & kept on & on about it trying to make me feel bad! Now Rob, how would you feel if: 1. I sold you a couch that broke. 2. A lazy boy chair that the top & bottom fabric colors were not the same shade AND one wood leg was stained, one was not. 3. The 1st mattress dipped so badly in the center, within no time at all. YES! My fault I waited 7 yrs. to get a replacement, 2nd one did the same thing! YET, I was STILL back in here in 2023 shopping, trying to support my local businesses! I'll leave the 2 stars that I originally put up. I do think you only calmed down over it after I kept sticking to my agenda, veering you into me looking at a few mattresses trying to narrow down to one. You also realized I could do another review, here it is! Don't bite the hand that feeds you! I really only wanted to be treated kindly, find a good support mattress and have renewed faith in your store. Not you saying the other guy wasn't there to "defend" himself over, if he lost my number, why he didn't get back me, blah... You were more than willing to offer excuses for him!"

Not only did it feel like I was walking in and talking to my own family, but every item in the store was beautiful, well placed and well taken care of. My fiancé and I have been to several local furniture, stores, and each time we felt we were being up sold on pieces that we kept saying wouldn’t even fit in her home. We definitely did not feel like this was the experience at Francis Furniture. We purchased two couches right off the floor, and received them five days later. The delivery guys were nice, prompt and friendly. I had a really great experience with everyone we worked with. As soon as we discussed what we wanted the ladies at Francis Furniture in Sidney knew exactly where to lead us. We were so fortunate to find exactly what we wanted and not to mention there were two of them in stock so there were no delays! Point of sale and delivery was such smooth process.
