"Took my car there to see what was wrong and he quoted me 3,000 to just have my upper and lower control arms replaced. Tim told me it needed the whole front redone. He also told me that my breaks were bad. I took it to another shop and he said the front end was all brand new and didn’t need replaced that whoever looked at it before didn’t tighten my ball joints back town and took off one of my rear break pads. Tim didn’t tell me any of that, and was trying to get money from me. What could have been 3,000 dollar fix was 300. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else. It took him a month just to tell me something that wasn’t wrong with my car."

"Very rude. Talks down to customer. Charged $124 just to diagnose a water pump. Any where else I have ever went was a flat rate of no more than $50 for a diagnosis. Would steer clear. Called him 2 hours before I went to pick it up, was almost there and he calls and says it isn't even put back together yet. If I could give 0 stars I would. Right off the bat made fun of my signature. Went to fold the bill and put it in my pocket and he instantly got rude and said "you going to pay your bill". I hadn't even had a chance to get my wallet out."
