"Our realtor recommended Dale Cook to do remodeling when we bought our house a little over a year ago. Very nice guy. He did a great job on drywall for my bedroom, and bathroom. But he put a shower in and it has been a disaster! Not installed properly, leaking into my basement like crazy! I tried and tried to contact him, no response! I have had to call a plumber to repair it, he even found the toilet wasn’t installed properly. The shower drain wasn’t even connected! Bottom line, DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR PLUMBING!! Or electric, he also installed my closet light incorrectly. It has cost me money to fix his mistakes!"

"I had a busted pipe I called them. They seem very nice. The guy came out told me the pipe is busted under my tub and that they would need to tear up my whole tub and wall. We came up with a different solution. He told me he could cap off my hot water to the tub which would give me water to the rest of the house, since my water had been shut off for several days, he told me he had to go back to the shop to get some cap-off fittings and he would be right back. He never came back so I called and left a voicemail never contacted me back the next day either, so the following day I used my daughter’s phone to call him because they were not returning my calls. I explained the situation then he act like he couldn’t hear me hung up and started sending me straight to voicemail again. Very unprofessional, I’ve never been ghosted by a plumber before. Be prepared because this could happen to you if you use them."

"This company is Not State certified plumbers and do not honor their contracts. I signed a contract with this company to have my plumbing problems fixed in my home. The bid was to replace drain pipes, clear 'clean out', replace stack vents and augur pipes to fix the toilet leak and slow drainage in the bathroom. Dale the owner provided the bid and he explained the stack vent was clogged with solid waste so it needed to be replaced or an additional one added, vent is still clogged. The toilet flushed slow and leaked at the base, it still does; the tub and sink drain extremely slow, still same issue. Got pics of the drain under the sink, the pitch is going uphill. They broke the main pipe when auguring it. Dale the owner, admitted they broke the main while auguring and then offered to fix the pipe they broke for $2,700. They were paid $2,200 on the original contract over a month ago and the same problems still exist. Dale will not return calls or texts or come back and 'fix' my plumbing. My family has to use public restrooms and shower at friends homes. Dale has been avoiding my calls and texts since mid November 2021. ****Do not use this company****"

"Was recommended to use this service for an inspection to purchase a home. At first they were there when scheduled and preformed the inspection giving a list of everything needed to be addressed before purchasing and pricing out the necessities and a quote. When closing approached and we had an adendum put into the loan for All Pro to take care of they never answered their phones or have attempted to call back. Moved into the house and still no contact from their services. The water could not be turned on because they missed the required plumbing from the county water provider, leaving me to drop a couple hundred dollars to get it fixed myself and no water for 2 days that they should have caught on the inspection. Not impressed with anything they have done at this point would recommend any competitors."
