"They ruined my clothes and "donated" them without my permission, costing me hundreds of dollars. Two of the garments brought here were brand new sweaters I had never worn. They came back fuzzy (they were not fuzzy sweaters). They said they would try to "fix" them. I never heard back. I stopped in several times, and either there wasn't a manager available, or they were still waiting on a response from the owners (this went on for over a year). I stopped in again recently and the manager told me that a different manager closed my ticket and noted that I "refused to take my sweaters," and that the problem was "lint," so they were donated. Why would anyone refuse their sweaters just because of lint? I didn't. I wouldn't. They never called me, not once. And I'm still waiting on the call from the last time. I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau."

"Don’t waste your money ! Go across the street to Tide! Everything that’s cheap isn’t always good . They’ve lost our belongings ($165 Althleta Ski Pants) and even burned our top ($70 skims top). The last straw was recently when they severely faded , shrunk, and didn’t even clean my jumpsuit ($200 Nike Tech) worn once and now ruined. What’s unfortunate is their accountability and ownership . What’s disappointing is that we’ve tried to continue to do business with them after the first two mishaps spending thousands annually and their response is it’s not our fault . When customers drop off their belongings to a dry cleaner you only expect for these belongs to come back as you left them . If those are your expectations ZIPS is not the place you want to go ."

"This place was amazing when it first started. The owner was the operator and the clothing came out perfect every time. Now the prices have doubled and I have had an issue with my clothing every single visit in the last year. Issues include - mildew clothing smell requiring multiple visits for them to try to get rid of the smell, broken buttons, on my last visit a white dress shirt stained pink (multiple contacts to get them to provide a credit ultimately resulted in being charged $7 to clean a dozen ties and even those didn't come back clean), on this visit my white dress pants look as though they were just hung back on a hanger, with cat hair still on them and still smell like the department store, a general glance this morning at my other dress pants appear to be hung back on the hanger and not cleaned. RUN!"

"My clothes look great, but my pants (which didn't need dry cleaning just regular laundering) are missing the big silver buttons that hold the waistband in place and the front button appears to have been sewn on very loosely. I've left a message for the shop to look around for two large silver Calvin Klein buttons. I figured there was a chance this review would be seen by management sooner. I need to be able to wear that suit tomorrow night and can't without buttons so I'm a little panicky. Everything else looks great. Will update review to more stars after I hear back and get my buttons back. Posted a photo as well so y'all know what they look like."

"Been coming here for some time now. Price has been ok but I really haven't been 100% satisfied. Turn around is quick but not quality. Today I received my work uniform back and it is now stained/burned. The pants are a bit musty smelling and the white shirts aren't exactly clean nor ironed. The backs have a liquid stain on both shirts and the front of one has a stain from a dirty iron or something along with a burn mark. One of the shirts also has a broken button that had shattered after the last visit. Chalked it up as a one time mistake. The ironing is a joke on my shirts. Not sure why I keep coming back because the shirts always look slept in on reciept. Pictured is the iron job and some stains. Update: The scorch marks and liquids stains came out when I returned the items to get fixed. The ironing quality seems average for the area. Everyone seems to struggle with that."
