"Only because this one says general contractor. Spectrum moved into mowrystown buying out s. Bryer. Been trouble since really. Main problem is they lied to me about my bill, told me it would match my previous but is double at $200. Will do nothing about it except till me to enroll in a program. So I get told one thing which is a lie now I have to fix it??"
