The only reason I didn't use the on-line service again was a lack of functionality in the on-line services ability to import documents from Morgan Stanley this year which were able to be imported last year. This problem led me to visit my local H&R Block office. I was very surprised when everything was finished to find that it cost so much more than the on-line service working with a tax professional last year."
