"I stopped in to see Jeff shortly after my review and his response to make sure it was his dealership. In fact I did not mistake the dealer. We had discussed the manufacturer's problem with high oil consumption and their lawsuits. I explained my issue of the undercarriage being covered in oil and the vehicle consuming a court of oil every two weeks. A dealership confirms this. I do not believe the crankshaft seal went after we bought the car as the car was consuming huge amounts of oil right from the start. It also has a bad water pump that the dealership quoted $1,100 to repair. Jeff was very polite and professional and seemed caring to the point of offering to at least save money on labor and repair. I appreciate that. I would like to refrain my final review until after issue is resolved but appreciate Jeff's willing to work with my wife even though car was sold as is. Unfortunately you should not have to put $1,500 repair into $11,000 car right off the bat. Hopefully can give another five-star review when issue is resolved. Just an update on the SUV! SUV was taken to a reputable dealership to monitor oil consumption after putting a crankshaft seal in, it's still goes through a minimum of a quart of oil a week, on top of the water pump repair, crankshaft seal, it needs pistons and rings. A high-dollar repair that we cannot afford. RBT claims they knew nothing about the repairs it needed or the lawsuits with GM. Unfortunately the SUV does not qualify for warranty repairs. Over $3,000 in repairs minimum need to be done to this SUV. You be the judge! You decide whether you want to spend thousands of dollars in repairs to a car you just bought. I tried to warn my girlfriend of people like this, unfortunately she is too trusting and has to learn the hard way and has no car now. All we can do is post reviews, reported to the better Business bureau and try to contact the attorney general."

I research for six months ( my girlfriend would say a year) for what vehicle that I wanted to purchase I was lucky to find my Lincoln navigator in their car lot. “ I’m a tire kicker” I am also a small business owner in the customer service business and I was super impressed with how well I’ve been taking care of here. Jeff is a super impressive young business owner he has a great eye on what cars to purchase for his lot for resale great instincts and knows more about cars than I will ever know. Clearly the focus of this business is to create return business which is a very very rare focus on a car lot of his size.
