"Very disappointed in the service. I bought my first home in April which had been vacant for 10 years and hired this company to clean my house and specifically asked for them to wash the walls and clean the whole house top to bottom and shampoo the carpets. They didn’t even wash the walls there was still cob webs in the corners of the walls. They didn’t even clean my laundry room at all which is the one that needed it the most. The windows didn’t get clean or window sills. The only thing I think was worth it was the shampooing but even then told me that they didn’t bring the solution to deep clean the carpets for stains just a disinfectant. Paid $500 for this I asked for a discount because they missed a room and said they would but I didn’t see any discount on the price. I paid them anyways because it is what it was but I will never have anyone clean my house again. If you’re a homeowner like me that was looking for a break just for once to not have to worry about cleaning well your better off just to do it your self."
