"You guys are literally the worst cleaners I ever had to deal with. Drove 20 minutes to pick up my manager’s Dry cleaning and his dress shirt had stains all over it. I dropped off personal Items. 2 dress pants to get 2 inches off the length. Pants 1: The thread is unraveling and pants 2: aren’t even mine. You’re going to have another upset customer, these pants are real suede, and silk interior. Very expensive pair of pants. Way More expensive than my pants that you still have. And I’m not driving another 20 minute one way. Therefore, I advise you to Use your brain to make this right. I tried calling and your phones aren’t working. It was supposed to be just one drop, and when I came back to pick up our combined load, you said I had to come back bc one shirt and 2 pants weren’t ready. That’s a total of 2 trips, equaling 80 minutes of my time, wasted. you guys did your due diligence this would be an entire different reaction and review. A total dollars spent $100.00, plus my time, and gas. ZERO stars!"

"I was definitely disappointed. They couldn't get out a stain of a nice Italian leather jacket I sent them, so they dyed my jacket. It came back a color I really dislike, not very close to the original. There also several small tears in the leather that werent there before. The customer service was good - they compensated me for half of the cost of the jacket, but the jacket had a lot of sentimental value and it really bums me out that it came back so changed for the worse. I tried to get the jacket fixed, but any more chemicals will wear the leather out even more, so I'm stuck with a color that I dislike now."

"Sunshine Cleaners is a remarkable business! I could not believe how many people they have working for them and how much business they get! The location is incredibly easy to get to from US 27. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was very fast as well! I had been looking for a good, local dry cleaner and came across them. I decided to check them out! I brought my husband’s dress shirt that had a beard oil stained collar from several years back. They were nice shirts, so we decided to spend the $2.45 as a last resort before throwing them away because he really liked the shirts! We brought them the least soiled shirt and to our delight, the stains came out almost completely! This shirt is now wearable again! I decided to bring 4 others that were more heavily oil stained in the collar area. Sadly, while these came cleaner, they did not come out completely. I do believe Sunshine Cleaners would have been able to get the stains out completely if we had brought them to them right after noticing the stains. I do not fault them for not being able to completely remove the stains. I will be bringing other items to have them cleaned when the need arises and have already recommended them!"

"I took my 20 year old leather jacket to be cleaned, conditioned, and repaired here over the weekend. They did the cleaning and conditioning (I assume because the jacket has a greasy feel to it, so they put some kind of conditioning lotion or something on it) but after I got home and looked it over, they did not do the repairs but charged me for them anyway. I should have looked my jacket over when I picked it up but I was in a hurry so I just glanced at it and then paid and left. As you can see in the pictures, there were three small areas (the two cuffs and the inner pocket) that needed a little bit of sewing to close holes and reinforce the existing wear. These were clearly not even touched. I'm very disappointed. They charged me $24 for these minor sewing repairs that they didn't do."
