"I have used this company before with no issues so I am not happy to leave a review like this. We scheduled a cleaning, 2 bedroom, living room, stairs and basement. We are moving out and wanted to make sure we got our security deposit back. Day of cleaning comes. We have moved out so the house is mostly empty except for one room. The cleaner calls me l, says three bedrooms and the rest. I correct him, no, 2 bedrooms and the rest. I asked him to not go into the room where the door is closed, only go into the open door rooms. The closed room had never been used and had the last bit of our belongings in it. He calls when he’s done, quotes me the price and I’m like well that’s higher than in the past but they used extra deodorants so whatever. We come back down to retrieve the hidden keys and my husband checks the work. He comes out visibly frustrated. They had left all of the lights on, plugged a fan in and left it running for days, and turned our AIR CONDITIONER on to 58. We don’t leave stand fans plugged in due to fire risk. It’s February, why the air conditioning? They did all of this without our permission. I call the company to try and rectify the situation. They’ll talk to the supervisor and call me back. I never received a call back. Fast forward to today, I enter the home and they cleaned the extra bedroom that I asked them not to (the higher rate explained) and broke the chain on the living room ceiling fan. I would call them back but since I didn’t get a response from the first time I am leaving a review here. Like I said I’ve used them before and this is my first time having an issue. But all of these add up to a big one. If you use them, make sure someone is home to babysit."

"We are getting our house prepped for sale and we needed to have our carpets cleaned, as we have a lovely husky that likes to shed everywhere. We scheduled Braxton and they were easy to schedule and communicate with. I asked for them to arrive when I wasn't home and they had no problems coming in and getting the job done. They completed our whole house in a very short amount of time and the carpets look as good as new again!"

"We got our carpet cleaned today by Josh and Will and they did amazing! Our carpet is so clean and fluffy again. They were even kind enough to use a pet deodorizer so our carpet stays fresh, longer. They made sure to be thorough as I have a 1 year old that loves to play on the floor. Highly recommend!"

"Getting my condo “market ready” has been nothing but a nightmare for over six months! Starting with a scam artist of a contractor who took me for thousands, hiring people who never showed and everything in between! I’d basically lost all faith in humanity. But today Josh and Will, from Braxton Cleaning Solutions completely restored that faith! They were two of the most professional, knowledgeable and polite individuals, I’ve had the pleasure of working with in years! They were there a few minutes early, did a walk through with me and explained in detail what my options were. The carpet was 20 years old, had some obvious stains but instead of replacing it, I decided to include a carpet allowance in the selling price. But I at least wanted it to look as good as possible for showings. I was blown away with the end result! It was above and way beyond anything I ever expected! Unfortunately it is rare these days to come across the outstanding customer service, work ethic, and pride Josh and Will provided! And it wasn’t just them, Paula who I spoke with to schedule this service, took the time to answer all my questions, was extremely personable and helpful! Braxton Cleaning Solutions is one in a million when it comes to customer service, from start to finish! Can not recommend them enough!"

"This company does great work. My carpet was cleaned last month by another company, but I saw a major clean difference with Braxton Cleaning Solutions. And I must add how much I appreciated the professionalism, punctual and awesome quality of Josh,Gage and Will. They were very kind and informative and did my whole 2brm apartment in a good timely manner! I'd recommend these gentlemen and company to anyone who needs cleaning services.
