"Here I am getting ready for business meeting today. We picked up my shirts And paints Monday from point dry cleaners. Paints are great sharp pressed but the shirts look and smell badly. It looked like they didn't even wash or press my shirts. I don't understand when we go in there ,There's a lady always on the phone. My wife was trying to ask her about a quilt we have all the lady said(we do). Then on to her talking on her phone. If u have to go there just be on the lookout of your shirts. "My husband’s Santa was brought in to clean for the Christmas season and the white trim was totally ruined and turned pink everywhere! The owner said it’s not his fault because he didn’t know it would bleed and he’s lucky he didn’t put it in with other clothes because it would have ruined them all! He offered no replacement, nothing! Just a comment that maybe he’ll try bleaching the trim! When I informed him that the whole reason we brought it in to be dry cleaned was so that we would have it cleaned correctly but again his only response was that he had no control over it and he refused to replace it! That’s not making this Mrs. Claus very jolly and now we need to buy a new suit!!! Arghhh."
