"Took my van there as battery died when it sat for 2 days. I had just bought a new battery a week before. They kept it over a week and then said light switch drained the battery by being left on. Took it home and the next morning it was dead again. No lights were left on. Tried to get it back in but they kept stalling. Brought it back for 2 appointments and they said we're super busy. Went back on appointment on MLK day and they said I bought a bad battery and they couldn't do anything. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Took my $$$ and did nothing."

"Franks auto is the place to go I was told by another place 1400.00 to fix my heater then another place told me 1000 dollars ,frank fixed it for 390.00 out the door and its nice and toasty in my car and he saved me 1000 bucks. Thanks Frank you do good work."

"Very expensive. Took brother's sonoma pick up in for security lock out. Frank said radio fuse needed pulled and charged $200.00 for job. Took home did same thing. Upon inspecting myself fuse was still in fuse box. What a rip off"

"I don't know what happened to this place l, but it's not the same as it was twenty years ago. I used to recommend Frank's to anybody who needed electrical work. Now I sadly must give a horrible review. They had my vehicle for over a month ( some parts do take a while to get with the computer chip dilemma since the pandemic). So that's really not the reason for a bad review. When I got my vehicle back, my windshield had a Crack on the inside glass of the windshield. It was obviously damaged when they were working behind the dash. They did not offer to fix it. I was told to go to my insurance company. Last I heard, that would constitute fraud. Then to add insult to injury, the panel was not even properly reinstalled under my steering wheel. I am usually a very reasonable and patient man, but that is too much. I only gave one star because the electrical issue is fixed. I will never go back."

"By far one of the worst experience I've ever dealt with in the automotive industry. I spoke with Frank on Tuesday about removing a viper car alarm he said nope I'm not Dead hurry up,$140 get it here as soon as you possible. So I had it towed and met the tow truck driver upon arrival the guy that supposedly works on cars there tells me he will not work on it because I had no appointment and it looked like somebody pulled the harness down I explained to him that all I did was cut two zip ties and unplug the viper alarm even the tow truck driver said he didn't look under the dash. Costing me $140 I will never go there again"
