"***Updated review*** I was contacted by the company and after discussions with Candy - one of the owners - a follow up call was done to address the issue after I had flushed the unit. Their tech was thorough in diagnosing the failure and also addressed an issue with flow at our kitchen sink. The company was courteous and expediant in addressing my concerns and providing a resolution that worked for both paries. Company was contracted as part of home warranty to come out to look at a tankless water heater. Their "top 5 in the state Master plumber" spent all of 5 minutes onsite and wanted to charge $246 to flush the unit which of course is outside of the warranty coverage. Tech was very arrogant and acted put out he had to be here. The unit has been flushed at way less of a cost of $246 and still no hot water. So much for being a master plubmer."
