"Updating my 3 * review from yesterday. "Brought my car in last month because check engine light was coming on and had no heat. Problem is happening again, but when I call service, just getting an answering machine." After I left this review, I began a chat through their website to schedule a service appointment. The chat was very slow and took quite awhile, but they were able to get me in first thing this morning. I dropped off my car, and a little later got a call responding to my complaint about going straight to voicemail yesterday. A few hours after that, got a call saying my car was fixed. They also ran it through the car wash really quickly. Thank you for turning a very frustrating experience around!"

"Great service department. From phone call to let them know my original appointment would be late as we were gonna need to have car towed. Service department sent a young man out and he got the car started and took t back to their shop for service. With work approved and done they returned my car that evening so thankful for pickup and return of vehicle. Not good with names but would like to than the young women who took information and service man they were both very professional and patient with my questions."
