"Low caliber drycleaner, dismal managerial philosophy, ugly attitude, and their immediate defensive nature to a question about damage to an expensive suit was an utter disgrace. The staff’s immediate denial to even seeing the problem, and then pronouncing me a liar was offensive and ridiculous. The manager advised most of his customers lie about damage so the store will have to pay for it. This tells me I’m not alone in my experience, regardless of the good reviews. Regarding the drycleaning, pressing, and customer interaction at this business, they are impressively unprofessional, and lack any sort of pride in what they do. Surprising, as I chose them based on reviews. However, it seems you’re gambling with your expensive articles at this establishment. Consumer beware."
