"I called on a Friday for ant extermination, and was told that the person who takes care of my area was on vacation, and to call back on Monday. That's fine, I have no problems with that, everyone needs a vacation. I called on Monday, and someone scheduled me for an appointment on 8/1 at 1pm. They had me text them the information, which I thought was odd, but still fine. I left work early on 8/1 to be at my house for the appointment, and crickets. Nobody showed up, and I did not receive any communication. And I wasn't going to call again to ask them to take my money after calling twice previously.
